Developing software for live surgical environments is no ordinary task—it requires a strong focus on security, reliability, performance, and compliance. My role involved both reviving a legacy system and leading the engineering effort to build its next-generation version.

Scope of work

1. Client Requirements & Technical Planning

Conducted structured analysis of technical, UX, and legal/compliance requirements.
