This project involved building a cutting-edge, white-labeled HR system designed to analyze social interactions, workplace dynamics, and psychometric patterns across teams. It enables organizations to deeply understand employee behavior, foster better collaboration, and personalize the digital workplace experience. I played a leading full-stack role in rebuilding this platform from the ground up, transforming a legacy prototype into a scalable and fully productized v2 system for web and mobile.

1. Business Requirements & Architecture Planning

Analyzed complex functional and behavioral requirements with stakeholders.
Created architecture blueprints tailored for multi-tenant, data-intensive, and white-labeled deployments.

2. Legacy System Revamp & Rebuild (v2)

Performed a complete overhaul of the legacy system’s backend and frontend architecture.
Migrated business-critical data and user insights to a cleaner, scalable structure.

3. Backend Microservices (NestJS)

Built highly modular NestJS microservices, each responsible for a key function:
- Multi-tenancy to support separate enterprise clients
- White-labeling to enable custom theming and domain mapping
- gRPC for efficient service-to-service communication
- Multi-language support for international clients
- A psychometric algorithm engine that adapts content, messaging, and team matching based on user profiles

4. Frontend Engineering

Developed a fully dynamic React + TypeScript web application, with real-time UI adaptation based on the user’s psychometric fingerprint.
Designed a responsive system capable of supporting both admin dashboards and employee-facing modules.

5. Teamwork in a High-Pressure Startup Setting

Collaborated with a 15-person cross-functional team of developers, data scientists, psychologists, and designers.
Worked in agile sprints, led key technical decisions, and contributed to product roadmap discussions.

This modern web application enables high-net-worth individuals to manage their portfolios, assets, and financial insights through a seamless and intuitive interface.

Directive Health

Directive Health is an ambitious platform designed to unify disparate healthcare service providers into one cohesive ecosystem. Its mission is to make patient and provider data accessible, secure, and actionable-regardless of the originating provider-through a modern, scalable backend and intuitive interfaces. I led the core architecture and implementation of the backend infrastructure and communication systems, ensuring seamless interoperability across providers and delivering a powerful admin interface for internal users.

Lexa is a specialized SaaS platform developed for legal professionals in Serbia, created in close collaboration with local law firms. Designed to digitize and streamline legal workflows, it helps attorneys manage cases, documents, hearings, deadlines, and internal collaboration - securely and efficiently.

NCCER is a nonprofit foundation supporting workforce development in the construction industry through education, certification, and technology. Their digital ecosystem provides industry-recognized credentials and tools that connect professionals, training centers, and employers. I contributed to the modernization and stabilization of their core application-ensuring it could scale, evolve, and remain reliable for thousands of users nationwide.
