Designed to digitize and streamline legal workflows, it helps attorneys manage cases, documents, hearings, deadlines, and internal collaboration - securely and efficiently.

The legal profession in Serbia is traditionally paper-heavy, with attorneys relying on email threads, physical documents, and outdated calendars. I saw an opportunity to build a modern, localized digital assistant that would simplify case management, reduce operational clutter, and increase productivity—without disrupting their way of working.
Scope of work
1. Market Research & Business Planning
- Conducted extensive research into Serbian legal workflows and competitor tools.
- Validated the idea with early interviews, advisory sessions, and mockups presented to practicing attorneys.
- Crafted a lean business model focused on SaaS licensing and ease of onboarding.
2. Requirements Analysis & Prototyping
- Held discovery workshops with law firms to gather user stories and pain points.
- Created detailed technical and UX requirements tailored to Serbian legal norms and habits.
3. Legal Sandbox for Testing
- Built a dedicated test environment so lawyers could trial the system with dummy data.
- Rapidly iterated based on feedback—refining usability, UI, and legal compliance features.
4. Full Product Lifecycle: Design → Development → Maintenance
- Designed and developed the entire web application architecture.
- Implemented secure user roles, document management, reminders, and advanced search.
- Built a responsive landing page focused on value proposition and lead conversion.
- Technologies: React, NestJS, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Supabase for storage.
