Project Overview

The legal profession in Serbia is traditionally paper-heavy, with attorneys relying on email threads, physical documents, and outdated calendars. I saw an opportunity to build a modern, localized digital assistant that would simplify case management, reduce operational clutter, and increase productivity—without disrupting their way of working.

Scope of work

1. Market Research & Business Planning

Conducted extensive research into Serbian legal workflows and competitor tools.
Validated the idea with early interviews, advisory sessions, and mockups presented to practicing attorneys.
Crafted a lean business model focused on SaaS licensing and ease of onboarding.

2. Requirements Analysis & Prototyping

Held discovery workshops with law firms to gather user stories and pain points.
Created detailed technical and UX requirements tailored to Serbian legal norms and habits.

3. Legal Sandbox for Testing

Built a dedicated test environment so lawyers could trial the system with dummy data.
Rapidly iterated based on feedback—refining usability, UI, and legal compliance features.

4. Full Product Lifecycle: Design → Development → Maintenance

Designed and developed the entire web application architecture.
Implemented secure user roles, document management, reminders, and advanced search.
Built a responsive landing page focused on value proposition and lead conversion.
Technologies: React, NestJS, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Supabase for storage.

5. Marketing & Sales Execution

Defined and executed a go-to-market strategy with a focus on cold outreach and strategic demos.
Leveraged storytelling and targeted pain points in legal practice to generate meetings.

Atlas World Sports

Atlas World Sports is a cutting-edge platform designed to provide sports fans with data-driven insights and betting intelligence. By aggregating real-time sports statistics and offering personalized recommendations, the platform helps users make smarter, more confident decisions. I served as a backend architect and core engineer, responsible for designing and implementing the platform’s data pipelines, authentication system, and robust API infrastructure-all tailored for scalability and high-frequency data consumption.

As part of a high-stakes financial technology initiative under NDA, I contributed to the development of a secure and performance-driven digital private banking platform. This modern web application enables high-net-worth individuals to manage their portfolios, assets, and financial insights through a seamless and intuitive interface.

Directive Health

Directive Health is an ambitious platform designed to unify disparate healthcare service providers into one cohesive ecosystem. Its mission is to make patient and provider data accessible, secure, and actionable-regardless of the originating provider-through a modern, scalable backend and intuitive interfaces. I led the core architecture and implementation of the backend infrastructure and communication systems, ensuring seamless interoperability across providers and delivering a powerful admin interface for internal users.

NCCER is a nonprofit foundation supporting workforce development in the construction industry through education, certification, and technology. Their digital ecosystem provides industry-recognized credentials and tools that connect professionals, training centers, and employers. I contributed to the modernization and stabilization of their core application-ensuring it could scale, evolve, and remain reliable for thousands of users nationwide.

This project involved building a cutting-edge, white-labeled HR system designed to analyze social interactions, workplace dynamics, and psychometric patterns across teams. It enables organizations to deeply understand employee behavior, foster better collaboration, and personalize the digital workplace experience. I played a leading full-stack role in rebuilding this platform from the ground up, transforming a legacy prototype into a scalable and fully productized v2 system for web and mobile.

This project brought digital transformation to the construction industry through a real-time IoT-powered dashboard. Designed to monitor on-site progress, environmental metrics, and asset statuses, the system helped project managers gain visibility into complex builds from anywhere. I led full-stack development efforts, working across frontend, backend, testing, and documentation-building both Proof of Concept and production-ready systems that connected physical devices to digital insights.
