What I owned
Built NestJS/gRPC services for fetching and transforming data from multiple healthcare providers, with scheduled jobs coordinating daily refreshes.
Designed PostgreSQL data models and implemented transactional operations to preserve consistency across related updates.
Optimized PostgreSQL queries and introduced table partitioning to support data-intensive processing and retrieval.
Developed REST APIs for the mobile application and a React administrative interface, and integrated Keycloak for identity and access management.
